宇土市の工芸品一堂にⅢ
「巧みの技工房」 在住作家の作品展示即売
文窯 泉水博文さん 宇土市野鶴町
窯元 泉水博文さんは、鹿児島で薩摩焼を学び熊本県工業試験場窯業を経て、
熊本市南町で「文窯」を開窯しました。
作風 白化粧による温かみのある色調の食器類
デザイン 生活をあたたかく満たしてくれる造形
The potter, Hirofumi Izumi learned Satuma Yaki in Kagoshima.
After studying at the department of pottery of Kumamoto Industrial Institute,
he opened his own pottery, “Fumigama” at Minami-cho in Kumamoto.
Artistic Style: tableware with warm color on white make-up.
Design policy: Creating objects which comfort and satisfy one’s daily life.
宇土張り子 坂本人形屋 坂本紀美子
宇土張り子は藩政時代の終わり頃、尾道の老夫婦の旅人が病に倒 れて坂本家に逗留し、
その御礼に人形作りの技法を先々代の勝治に 伝えたといわれています。その後を継いだ
娘カツが約７０年にわたり自分 なりの技法を加えながら宇土張り子を完成しました。
作品は、虎、馬、相撲人形、 姫だるま、獅子などの節句の祝い物とか、季節の作品などに
加えて、明治時代の世相を反映した人力車、蒸気 船、騎兵さんなどがあります。和紙を使って、
昔ながらの完全な 手作りで時間をかけて作られています。
